Endeavor Real Estate Group, an Austin-based commercial developer, is planning to construct a 19-story mixed-use tower in Uptown, the Dallas Morning News reported Friday.

The company purchased the half-block tract of land, at Boll Street and McKinney Avenue, in late 2016, but didn’t disclose plans for the property. The mass commercial developer now has plans for a high rise where several smaller structures now stand.

According to The Oak Lawn Committee Agenda, the Endeavor project will be presented on Tuesday, Aug. 6. The case and hearing date are to be determined.

Endeavor is planning for 290 residential units, 60,000 square feet of office space and 15,000 square feet of retail, DMN reported. There’s currently no timeline of construction or development.

The real estate group employs more than 160 people and offers services such as property management, tenant representation, construction management, property leasing and development, among others. Endeavor currently has no other developments in the Dallas-Fort Worth Area, and keeps most of its business in Austin and the surrounding area — such as the Doman development in North Austin.

It is the largest real estate firm in Austin, according to the Austin Business Journal, and in 2017 had 2.19 million square feet of space under development.
