We are your Public Improvement District (PID) company and the competitive advantage to the Uptown district. We enhance and focus additional efforts in public safety, capital improvements, maintenance, marketing the Uptown district and more.
2018 marks a renewal year for the Uptown Public Improvement District. With 25 years of successful enhancements and maintenance, we will be looking to our property owners to approve our petition for reallocation so we can continue making Uptown the most beautiful, safe and vibrant district in Dallas.

The Uptown Young Leadership Council is a group of Uptown movers and shakers that are eager to be involved and make a difference in the Uptown district. Young leaders 22-40 and living and/or working within the district are welcome and free to join.
