Stephen Johnston joined Stream Realty Partners in 2009. Stephen’s responsibilities at Stream include tenant representation on both a local and national scope. Stephen has extensive background in all aspects of user representation including market surveys, proposals, lease reviews and evaluations, operating expense reviews, costs analysis, property evaluations and energy management. 

Prior to joining Stream, Stephen was a national corporate services broker at Jackson & Cooksey, Inc. where he completed transactions totaling over half a million square feet across the country. For his local and national clients he has completed corporate headquarter relocations, national facility roll out schedules and build-to-suit evaluations. Stephen has negotiated economic incentives from city, state, and regional taxing entities. He has developed an excellent client service record through his relentless service ethic and attention to detail.
